2. I will send you and email and a questionnaire! Fill out the questionnaire and send me your old resume!

3. Receive your new and improved resume and cover letter! We will stay in touch until you are satisfied!

Do you use a specific Resume Format?
Yes! I write all of my resumes in the Executive Resume Format because it is the most professional and polished format there is. My focus is in taking your career background and accomplishments and translating that into what recruiters are looking for- making you the ideal candidate.
How will I receive my documents?
Customers will receive their documents as a fully-editable Microsoft Word file as well as a pdf file. I highly recommend using the pdf when utilizing your resume online.
What do I have to do during the process?
I always encourage communication! Once an order is placed, I ask that you fill out a short questionnaire (Most clients tell me it takes them only 10-15 minutes). Please add everything you think would be beneficial for me to know. Don’t worry if you aren’t a good writer, that’s what I am here for! I only need you to write basic details, like what you did, where you worked, any achievements or specialties. I will put it all together for you 😊
Do you have any guarantees?

What is the payment process?
After clicking the ORDER NOW button on the package you would like, you will be taken to my PayPal payment processing page. You do not need a PayPal account to order any of my services, you can pay with Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or any other major credit cards. On account of the significant time investment required of me, upfront payment in full is required. I offer a 100% interview guarantee on ALL of my packages. I am here to help 😊
How many revisions do I get?

I do not have a set number of revisions. Usually there is only a single revision done after the final documents, as a lot of clients want something added, or forgot to include information in the questionnaire, but sometimes there are more revisions needed. And that is totally okay! I want you to be as confident in your resume as I am!

Do you offer LinkedIn Profile Development?

Yes I do! If you purchase a package which includes a LinkedIn Development, I will develop your profile with the same voice as your resume. Most of my clients observe a massive increase in profile activity after the development is complete!

LinkedIn Profiles have become a staple in the job search world. It is now regarded as the most effective tool to find a job and to build your reach through your networking. Furthermore, and most importantly, it provides a quick and easy way for recruiters and employers to find you! How long does the process take?

Turnaround is typically 5-7 business days, but I do offer Next Day Rush options for my packages if you need it sooner rather than later! I always try my best to accommodate you in my schedule if you are short on time!

How does the process go?

After you choose a package and place your order, I will send you an email letting you know I have received your order. Attached will be a short resume questionnaire to gather all the information I need to develop a strong, personal document for you. All I ask is for you to fill that out, and send it back to me (along with an old resume if you have one). Then, once you send that back, I will schedule you and send another email saying I have received your information along with an ETA for delivery (Usually 5-7 days from receipt of your information).

Do you offer refunds?

No, I do not offer refunds. It is a significant time investment to complete my services and send them to my clients. So, instead, I offer a 30-day interview guarantee or I rewrite your resume for free.
